Refund policy
Online Returns
We have a 7-day return policy on full priced items purchased online, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request:
- refund if the product is faulty or damaged;
- exchange for another product of same or more value;
- return for store credit for full product value;
- return for a refund or the product value minus a 5% restocking fee.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer (unless faulty or damaged). Neither original order or return shipping fees will not be refunded.
Items must be sent within 48 hours of acceptance of the return request to remain eligible for return. Tracking codes must be shared to confirm this.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, intimates or gift cards.
Orders that are sent outside of Australia are ineligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Instore Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind for any products purchased instore.
Damages and issues
If the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, you will be eligible for a refund, on condition that there is photographic evidence provided of the damage and the product is successfully inspected and approved by our team once received.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), intimate products (such as bras, booby tape, underwear or similar products) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
When you make a return request, please identify the correct size that you would like to exchange the item for. We will place the correct size on hold for you, pending acceptance of your return. Exchanges are subject to availability of stock and store credits are available in lieu of correct stock.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
